    Can I make a suggestion?

Last year we observed that the Jr shooters, when it was their time to shoot, struggled to get their gear ready, while Mom and Dad flapped their gums to other parents or were too busy setting up cameras to help their kids load mags, change guns, etc. Last year the lack of help from parents to the Jr's really dragged the match down to a crawl.

Be nice at the shooters meeting to strongly suggest that parents help their Jr shooters get ready and to maintain a flow to the match.
