Hoping to attend the match. If so am I allowed to use the range after the match to sight in my brand new AR? Hoping to be to match either way but itching to shoot new toy. Thanks.

range use outside of the match requires a RCC membership or an invite from a club member

come out and shoot some .22
changing up the format a little. looks like it will be fun with fewer reloads on the clock. around 190 for a round count and resetting the stages is super easy.

    Shooters,

Thanks to all that attended. A special thanks to the ros, scorekeepers and the setup and tear down crews.

The new courses of fire appeared to be well received by all. Round count was approximately the same but reducing the string count to no more than 15 worked very well and was as much fun.

The scores can be found at Practiscore and Riley's website.

    Sincerely,

    Gary Chaney

fun time today. the new format was fun and well received. under the old format i was hesitant to recommend this for kids/newer shooters because of the number of reloads required on the clock. the new format has taken most of that out of the game. come give it a try!

Different format than what we shot in April? If so what changed?

Bay 2 was 3 strings of 14 targets.
Bay 3 was 3 strings of 15 targets.
    Bay 4 was 3 strings of 12...
    Bay 5 was 3 strings of 12...
    Bay 6 was 5 strings of 7.
Provided that you didn't miss much, no mag changes with rifle and no more than one per string with pistol.

I had a great time at Rimfire Madness. Thanks to Gary, Richard & everyone else who puts this shoot on. If you haven't tried this I highly encourage you to. I love watching those targets drop. Next time I will bring my 16 yr old son.
