I was speaking a local GM shooter yesterday and I realized that he and others like him (i.e. people who are good at shooting USPSA) have an unfair advantage over the rest of us. They have . . . PRACTICE PRIVILEGE!

I say, CHECK YOUR PRACTICE PRIVILEGE!

(ooh! Nice typo in the title!)

I demand an equalizing score adjustment that compensates for my lack of practice by adjusting my score to what it would be if I had the advantage enjoyed by those who choose to practice. I should not be penalized just because I make different choices.

Oh, and I want an equalizing score adjustment that compensates for my lack of skill too.

Practice? You mean you cannot expect to win simply by purchasing the latest and greatest "competition ready" equipment from a trendy vendor? Even if you get the tacikool fashion clothes to go with it? How unsettling.

So you are thinking that those of us that don't get to practice as much as others should get something like a golf handicap. I think you may have something there.

Especially since the name of the thread is misspelled by a textbook editor

Hah! I can go back and fix my mistakes on my own work!

The better shooters also find a way to compete in something year round. Resulting in freaky fast mo-fos.
