DUE TO THE WEATHER FORECAST,I AM OPENING UP FRIDAY TO ANYONE WHO CAN MAKE IT. THIS WILL MAKE FOR SMALLER SQUADS ONSATURDAY, I HOPE…
Note that thefollowing timetable is different from the olde-mail !!!

17 NOV 2017
Friday set-up :: 8:00 AM
FRIDAY REGISTRATION :: 8:00– 9:00
Friday RO, Volunteer, and EARLYBIRD match :: 9:00 AM -- ?:00 PM +/- (Optional;but as many as possible).

18 NOV 2017
Saturday RO andVolunteer arrive at ACC :: 8:00 AM.
Saturday RO andVolunteer meetings :: 8:15 -- 8:45.
Saturday RO andVolunteer entries :: 9:00 AM -- 11:30 AM.
Saturday RO andVolunteer Lunch :: 11:30 -- 12 noon.

Normal Entriesarrive at ACC :: 10:00 AM
Normal Entriescheck-in :: 10:30 -- 11:30
Normal EntriesSafety meeting :: 11:30 -- 11:45
BANG andCLANG :: 12 noon -- 4:00 PM
Awards and prize draws to follow. Including a raffle fora Bushmaster AR15 -- tickets $10 each, or 5 for $40 !!!

Really looking forward to it! The weather is looking iffy however. Do we have a backup plan, or do we just go for it? I'm game!

I delay for lightning, but that's it. Dress warm, bring extra layers (esp. RAIN gear), bring the chemical (Iron oxide) hand-warmers, etc...
A few of us like the cold (I am one of the few who enjoys the COLD).

All that said, I get it if the weather does not work for some people (I hate the HEAT...). That is one of the reasons I don't collect money in advance. That way, if you need to skip the match -- for whatever reason -- no harm, no foul. Letting me (and Mark) know by doing a withdraw notice via PractiScore would be appreciated !!!

Do we need to sign up through practice for Friday? Or just show up between 8-9am?

8 - 9 registration for ALL.
Start for ALL -- as soon after set-up and Safety Meeting as we can.

IFF you have pre-registered for Saturday -- just show up between 8 - 9 AM on Friday.
If you have not yet registered on PractiScore -- I'm sorry, but the match is full.

The Friday thing IS NOT REQUIRED. It is just an option if it works for you.
The regular match will run on Saturday, like normal; well, maybe wetter than normal !!!
