I'm alive. Most of me hurts less than I expected.

My shoulder is not good, but I'm going to keep icing and hope for improvement. If it's not better or it's worse on Monday, I shall seek professional medical attention.

PS I am irritated that Vivian didn't catch me.
PPS That was my third DQ. My first DQ was during a similar event. I'm going to stop doing that thing that makes it happen.
