Applied Ballistics Hoser Fest 2018 is now open for registration!

For only $10 you can come in and shoot over 90 rounds in three stages!

What do we mean by "Hoser Fest"? There will be three stages, the round count for each stage will be 32 to 40 rounds, the entire target will be considered an A zone, there will be no hard cover painted targets, and there will be no no-shoot targets. This match will have a high round count, minimal movement, and a heavy emphasis on shooting speed.

We will use the USPSA equipment divisions but this is not a USPSA sanctioned match. We will be deviating from their scoring and stage design rules. You are welcome to shoot this match with a Production, Single Stack, or Revolver division gun but it will really test your reload speed so be sure to bring plenty of magazines or speed loaders..

We will be shooting matches on both the 20th (Wednesday) and the 21st (Thursday) with three flights. One will be at noon, one at 3pm, and one at 6pm.

In at noon on Wednesday. I am teacher sucking off the public teat and have nothing better to do.

I love the registration questions. I actually think I could beat Jerry at this if he used a 6 shot revolver and I had my Limited gun. (probably not by much)

Why was Power factor required if the whole target is an A zone?

I tried pulling the power factor question off but it would not let me. I think the software requires it for scoring because when we enter scores the software will still have C and D zones, we just won't use them.

So in the end what you pick for power factor won't matter, but the computer software requires a value because it is pre-programmed for targets that have other scoring zones.

I see. Looking forward to it.
