    It seems that IPSC is becoming far more liberal on pistol mods in Europe and started 2 new divisions. As I understand it, these new rules don't automatically apply to us here in the states....correct? If these rules are not automatic for us, it would be interesting to see how this trickles down to USPSA here in the states.

    I am by no means an expert in USPSA rules, but my understanding is all of the mentioned rules are already allowed in USPSA. Last year they changed the Trigger rule in production, prior to that an aftermarket trigger had to resemble the stock configuration (going off memory here). Fancy colors, springs, and grippy stuff on the grip (not whole frame though) are permitted. So it seems our rules have trickled down to Europe. :D
