Overview:We are going to try and squeeze in a carbine match this winter. However, we are making a couple format changes for this match:

1)pistol-caliber carbines ONLY! This is because we are using alot ofsteel targets to make the match move faster
    2)Late start on setup
3)Smaller squads capped at 3 X 15 shooters per squad MAX
4)High-Capacity magazines allowed. We have one stage that is 31rounds.

Ifanyone does not have a PCC weapon, but they really want to try thematch, join squad one. I will bring an MPX & B&T GHM-9 (BothSBR's & suppressed) if you want to run a gun. Just bring factory147GR 9MM ammo and let me know ahead of time.

Hopefullythe weather holds and we can have a great match! In the event we haveto cancel we will update the post here and send out an email to allthose that have registered via practice score. Please let us know ifyou have any questions.

    Thanks,

Not many signed up. Is the match still happening?

Yes - however weather could be an issue. If we are forced to cancel for a THIRD time in three months will take it as a sign from god he wants everyone to run AR-15's and switch the format of the next match back to the normal along with the start time :)

AR15 is a good choice over BB guns.

All this match is a GO! We have been looking at the hourly weather forecast tomorrow and we think it is workable. However, we have made some changes to the match start times:

Setup time 10:30, registration 11:00, safety meeting as soon as registration is complete

So as soon as everyone in line is processed on registration we start the safety meeting. The stages are fast stages and turn-out on registration is light thus far so we think we can get it done before the rain moves in the afternoon.

Fun match today guys and perfect timing ! As I pulled away from the club it was starting to rain and by the time I got a half mile down the road it was raining hard. ACC hard core shooters award to those who showed up!
