BFT Carry Gun Match at Riley Conservation Club May 25, 2019

Going to try and take the Carry Gun Match concept to the outdoors.

Approximately 70 rounds give or take
Cost $20 cash at the door.
Shooters must reserve a slot via email. abright@ccrtc.com

We are going to have shooters sign up for a time. Half hour session starting at 9:30 am and continuing until 2:30 pm. Shooters should show up 20 minutes before their time to get registered and pay. The goal will be to have the five shooters completed with the match in 30 minutes. The shooter will load magazines while the stage is scored and pasted and then immediately shoot the next stage. If the shooter is early and organized they should be to the range and gone within an hour.

We will take five guns/shooters at the following times:
9:30
10:00
10:30
11:00
11:30
12:00
12:30
1:00
1:30
2:00
2:30
If you would like to shoot in both Open and Limited Divisions that is fine. $20 per gun and it needs to be done in different flights.

When you email to reserve a slot include: First and Last Name and the division you wish to shoot and the time slot you prefer. I will confirm you slot.

I really like the idea of having a specific time to shoot. Great idea and one that I think would increase participation in USPSA and IDPA matches if it could be implemented. I will try to make this match, hope it is well supported.

I just got back home.
I like this format very much and the stages were well thought out...especially the blind stage that threw me for a loop. I liked that it was simple but me think. I failed Still had a great time

Agreed Allen. This format is fantastic. I showed up at noon, shot the match with 2 different guns and was gone before two. Fun match, thanks Coach! (And Marsha (sp?) and Royce!)
