Pop-up adds are getting out of hand

Am I the only one getting these pop-up adds... they lock up this page... have to open another one if you don't click OK... Something about YouTube crap I tried to include a screenshot

I am getting the same thing and the only way I can get rid of it is to close info and reopen it, and then do it all over a few minutes later, wash, rinse, repeat.

I have not had anything lock up so far. I just close it or ignore it.
