I have a 10/22 with red a dot. I have a magazine that is actually 2, 25 round mags. Is this adequate or is there high potential for needing more than 50 rounds in a given stage?
It is a double ended magazine, you have to remove it- flip it over- and reinsert to get the second 25 rounds. Is that still considered 1 magazine? There is zero tactical advantage, it would be quicker to reload a separate magazine but it is what I have right now.

Edit: i just did the math. 5 stages, 200-250 rounds.... I'm going to need more mags. :-)

You will be fine. No rifle reloads on the clock unless you dont use the dot.......

    Shooters,

Thank you to all that attended. A special thank you to the set up and tear down crews.

The new scoring system was well received. I believe we'll keep it unless someone can convince me otherwise.

Results are in the mail and can be found on Riley's website and Practiscore.

    Sincerely,

    Gary Chaney

This was a LOT of fun! Anyone considering it should go. Very nice group of shooters and cost is well below 1/2 hr range time at an indoor "stay in your lane " range.
