    [h=2]Outlaw Steel Match - Knox, IN[/h]
    This Sunday, July 21st, Starke Associated Markmen (my silhouette club, near Knox, IN) will be running an outlaw steel match. We are going to set up four stages. We will shoot each stage 3 times and throw out the worst string. Two gun maximum, $5.00 per gun. The minimum round count should be 60 rounds per gun. That is if you do not miss.

    Please come out and have some fun shooting steel. Any type of gun used for Steel Challenge will be fine for this shoot: rimfire rifle and/or pistol, center fire pistol or revolver, Pistol Caliber Carbine (PCC).

    I want to stress we are a cold range. The only loaded guns should be on the firing line while you are shooting. Please observe this rule, for safety purposes.

    Also, we are a primitive range. No water or electric. Bring drinking water and food if you are staying a while.

    Targets are a little bigger than the normal SC targets, and maybe some odd shapes. They are the ones we use for our cowboy action matches. Distances are about normal for SC, and the stages will all have 5 targets. It's a pretty laid back group, but we have lots of fun. Hope you can make it out to shoot. Sunday should be a little cooler, although cooler is relative in heat like this. Thanks for your inquiry.
