Getting started in shooting sports.

I'm 18 years old and am interested in shooting rifle/shotgun competetively. Where can i find/enter matches?

What type of shooting? NRA High Power, long distance shooting? Sport clays? Or are you talking three gun competion? No pistol?

high power and sporting clays... on high power matches is there a certain caliber you have to use or is it just anything other than a .22... and no, no pistol, like i said im only 18 and dad wont sign for one :-(.

Come to an Appleseed. What we teach is a great stepping stone into high power.

Go ahead and apply for your Lifetime LTCH if you haven't already, then buy a used pistol face to face and your dad doesn't have to sign for anything.
