This is is a multiple choice poll because I don't want to break INGO's cardinal rule. (again)
This thing referred to as Constitutional Carry, what is it really? Compared to any other Inalienable right what is the cause for regulation?
Poll taxes were imposed in the south to keep poor blacks from voting and were eventually found unconstitutional.
Gun control was originally imposed in the south to keep "****** *******" from from possessing the means to self defense. (phrase for historical prospective and asterisked for modern insensabilities, if you are triggered please forgive me) According to our Constitutions gun control should be not only unthinkable but unconstitutional.
There are many laws that are not infringements of our rights, libel is not freedom of the press, slander, incitement to violence or threatening are not freedom of speech, murder and mayhem are not freedom of self defense. The free exercise of a right is only protected as far as you are not infringing the rights of others.
The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution states,
Article 1 Section 32 of the Indiana Constitution states.
Indiana Code 35-47-2-1 states,
Pinner basically removes the stigma of illegality in carrying a gun.
