    Mike4sigs,

they are are called Recoil Guunworks and they are out of Salem, IN. They had a S&W 19-3 that I briefly considered, but ultimately I passed.

I was checking out that 19 as well. It was a 4". The grips were really rough and he had the zip tie set to where you could not open the cylinder when I was looking at it. If I was able to check it out a little better I probably would have come home with it.

Did you ask them to remove the zip tie?
MOST Dealer I have encountered will remove or make so you can inspect the gun.
