Back story: Because of a new job working armed security for G4S in a healthcare environment, I was trying to research the ballistics and terminal performance of Speer Lawman 230 grain frangible rounds as this is the contracted carry round in the hospital setting.

I haven't had any luck in this area so I am open to suggestions for applicable data.
It seems to be scarce to non existent as this type of round, on the whole, was never intended for this purpose.

Long story short, I came across this posting ( albeit from 2006 and quite long ) that I found engaging and intriguing. Granted that 9mm ammo has seen great advancements in the last 10 years, it is food for thought from a unique perspective:

Find Dr. Roberts and see if he has anything on that round. DocGKR is usually his name. He is a moderator on pistol-forums.com in the ammunition section.

If there is up to date info on the round, he either has it or can send you in the right direction for it.

Sorry to hear that they force you to use that round.
