Well, I finally shot a Master Rifleman score (48/50) at the Bedford, IN event this past weekend and managed to back it up with a 45/50.

It was a HOT weekend and when I shot the "Morgan's 13" target Saturday morning I wasn't even on paper. Doh! Not sure what happened, but I torqued down all the scope mounting screws (took the opportunity to move the scope a little farther forward while I was at it) and ring screws but was still off. By a LOT. A 5-square or two later I was finally dialed back in. Had no problems with my zero drifting the rest of the weekend.

Lesson learned: make sure that you have your rifle zeroed and bring tools, etc. with you to fix most of the common stuff.

    Could be anywhere
    Congrats! :yesway:

And I always take tools to the range...hate to have to cnx a day just because of a minor issue that I could have fixed if I had my tools handy.

Good job! I have never done it on a 25 yard range, only a KD for some silly reason.

That's because someone thinks they are too good to do it at 25 yards. It's harder than you think, you ought to try it.

I think it's some kind of inability to perform a horizontal npoa shift. Any ideas on where I can take a class? :):
