    Ugh. Slate.

I wonder if the SCOTUS will even take it. This isn't like Chicago, where they pretty much haven't allowed a gun store period. This was another gun store in an area that apparently has 10, of which one was almost next door to where these guys wanted theirs.

Zoning issue by 54 feet. Should have measured.

BUT.... just like outlawing non-firearms accessories would be a defacto gun ban, outlawing sales would accomplish the same. Don't think for a SECOND the anti-freedom folks aren't working that angle.

So how many gun stores are "enough" to supply the people?

Are we talking one gun store per 10,000 people, per 100k, 1 million?

10 gun shops in a city like Lousiville is much different than in a city the size of New York or LA.

The correct answer is as many as can stay open.

I still don't see a compelling argument for the SC to take this case though.

There's already a law for that. The law of supply and demand.
