    What's worse 65 south to Louisville or 74 east to Cincinnati? I would normally take 74 east but it appears to be under significant construction too.

    65S wasn't too bad on Sunday. There were a few zones, but they weren't active, so you could keep speed up to a reasonable pace. If you're traveling today or tomorrow, it might be different since those zones could be active and @ 45MPH posted limit.
