Can almost guarantee that students/staff/faculty are forbidden via rules/regulations
But the LEO status changes things, me thinks. I bet the ninnies up there still wouldn't allow a non-uniformed LEO to be carrying.
I carried there for a few hours last Saturday in between rain squalls. Wish we'd had better weather to do some more walking around. But I didn't want to get our family of 4 soaked.
