    LICENSING THE MEDIA
I applied the exact same language we currently use to license our 2nd Amendment rights to journalists 1st Amendment rights.
I now have “legal experts” AND media from all over the country on record saying this language is unconstitutional.
I exposed EPIC hypocrisy and double standards on our Constitutional rights....
People across the country are talking about Constitutional rights.
I didn’t spend a single dime in taxpayer money in court fees to get this done.

His page is exploding again cause of another news report on him treating journalist the same as gun owners.
    Wow, are some people upset.
Apparently, they don't like it when the shoe is on the other foot.

I'd love to see his idea pushed nationally. "Common Sense Journalism Laws"... the whole thing just makes me laugh thinking about the moral outrage this would cause among all those "think of the children" types.

This would be truly amusing to see happen--and the best (worst?) part is the hypocrites would almost certainly never admit how hypocritical they would sound...most probably wouldn't even understand why they'd be hypocrites.

The only real problem with the bleeding heart liberals in this country is that they just don't bleed out fast enough.

This is the funniest thing I have ever witnessed. I've been following this closely for quite some time.

Maybe there should be an AWB Assault Word Ban, or ARB Assault Reporting Ban.
No network needs to use more then 50 words per week to report on a single report of a shooting.
No more of this hour after hour of harping on the same thing.

The new age imitation journalists think they have the only voice. The all knowing voice. And all should listen.

    They are wrong....mostly.

    Yes.

And according to my sources, in the past he was known to be super conservative and would likely vote against some republican efforts if they were more middle of the road. This is an interesting turn of events.

I think Rep Lucas is going more the medical marijuana/PTSD treatment route. He was a Marine officer so PTSD treatment seems logical. There was a bill passed last session that allowing the use of MJ oil to treat seizures in children.

Good for him, its amazing how you can believe or not believe in a thing...then you get more information about said thing, and then change your mind. Dare I say he appears to be a bit reasonable?

I believe he is also pushing for marijuana to tried to curb the heroin epidemic in his and other counties.

I really like his tactic with licensing journalists but I think the medical marijuana thing is to gain votes for reelection. Maybe I'm wrong.
