I dont know all the specifics, but you may want to check it out.

adsense is a great program, and you get paid for having the links displayed even if no one clicks them last time I checked. I have seen it integrated on several forums and it pretty much blends in with the theme.

Never realized that they limited the content so much. I guess that's why I have never seen adsence on alot of the sites I visit!
