    I like to be prepared and sometimes get a little obsessive about it. I'm certainly not a "I don't have to leave my house for five years, but if I do I have three other locations I can remain in for up to two years" prepared kind of guy, but I'm trying to get there! :laugh:

    When your spouse doesn't really buy in, it can be a humorless, thankless task at times. That said, I ran across this article that cheered me up about the whole thing. Hopefully you have either seen this or will get a laugh out of it!

    Where's the "Do it for the children" crowd? It's worked so well so far - why not then? Just grab any orphan off the street, shove them in front and use the previous line.

    When you think about it, at least the neighbors helped him to see the main weakness in his preps.

    I can tell you that many people believe this...something about making them think they should feel guilty for taking handouts. And they should.
