Start off 2017 with a Revere's Riders Rifle 125 event in Bedford, IN. Rifle 125 is our introductory rifle course where you will learn:
Most of the live fire will be conducted at 25 yards at this event. Both Saturday and Sunday will include shooting several Revere's Riders 25 yard rifle qualifiers (these are timed markmanship events to test your skills and what you have learned; these aren't a competition but a fun and informative way to test your marksmanship skills). On Sunday, there will be the opportunity to shoot out to 100 yards and possibly to 300 yards.
This event is open to either rimfire or centerfire rifles. Many will bring a rimfire for shooting the 25 yard events on Saturday and a centerfire for going out to 100 yards on Sunday. However, if you want to shoot the entire event using a centerfire or rimfire, you're more than welcome. Bring whatever rifle you have and we will teach you to shoot it accurately.
Your ticket to this event ($100/$70 for youth, Military, LEOs, Elected Officials) includes lunch and snacks on both days as well as your range fee. There are 14 spots on the firing line remaining at the time of this post. If you act before April 19th, you can receive a 17% discount on your ticket purchase by using code "LexingtonGreen2017".
The Bedford Contingent range is a great facility set on rolling farmland between Bloomington and Bedford just off SR37. The Bedford Contingent is renown for their hospitality and fried chicken lunches (no guarantee that Chilidog is serving fried chicken, but I'd say the chances are better than 50-50).
