    Seems like he used many Army/Marine buzz words and phrases like he just read a NCOER manual.

    I wholeheartedly agree with being in uniform with the students I never could or will stand it when the instructor was “slick” and the students were in full kit.

    The primary or assistant Instructors should be demonstrating the task at hand. If you cannot complete the task you teach you are a “paper tiger” not a instructor Be,Know,Do.
    That doesn’t mean if you jack it up you have lost all respect everyone is human.
