My wife said I have to choose between this course or the Suarez International/Randy Harris course?

I have trained with both. With Randy extensively. It would be hard to go wrong either way. Of the two classes a more advanced student would probably get more out of the CRG course from Randy. For someone relatively untrained, I may steer them toward the Spaulding offering. Of course both guys teach numerous classes I am just referring to the ones upcoming.

BTW, Randy and I are good friends so I am trying to be objective.

Doing a personal assessment I think the Randy Harris class might not be the right fit.
I don’t wanna be “that guy” holding the class up.

The Combative Pistol class is Spaulding's foundational class. His other classes add elements to the skills and philosophies imparted in it. For example, the Advanced Combat pistol focusses on doing all of the stuff with movement while Adaptive Combat Pistol focusses on doing all of the stuff strong and support hand only. I recently hosted the Adaptive class and am considering making the trip up for either this Combative class or trying to catch his Advanced class.

I helped on the line with Randy's class at TacCon. It was well done.
