A friend of mine is looking to buy a medium-framed revolver for his wife as a "house gun" for use when he's not home.

She likes shooting his Single Six - but it'd take a heck of a lot of practice in order to get proficient enough to use it as a go-to HD weapon. (I've also asked him if he'd thought about a 20ga shotgun...will see)

So - anyone have any lines on a Security Six? Heavy barreled S&W M-10? Anything Taurus? He's in west-central Indiana and works in Lafayette.

Please send me a PM if you have something or know of where something may be in a display case somewhere.

    Thank you.
