WTB: Windows 7 - LEGIT - Full or Upgrade

I have a perfectly working Vista PC that I just use for a media center.

Vista support finally ends in April. Time to upgrade.

My Specs:
2008 or 2009 Dell Inspiron 530 - Foxconn G33M02 - Core 2 Duo E4500 - 2 GB RAM - 80 GB SATA 3.0

I don't think the PC will handle Win 8 smoothly so Win 7 it is.

I want LEGIT COPY ONLY of Windows 7 with GOOD COA KEY.
Windows 7 Ultimate or Pro preferred, but Home Premium is OK.
Full Version preferred but my Vista install is legit upgrade is OK.
Some sources say it will handle 64 Bit... I'd prefer 32 bit version.

FTF around Indy or Shipped with PayPal if you have good feedback.

Let me know what you have and for how much. I will be installing myself.
