WTB: AR Heavy/Bull Barrel Upper

Looking for an AR upper with heavy or bull barrel. 16, 18 or 20" in 5.56/223. Does not have to have charging handle or BCG, but will consider if they do. Cosmetics not high priority-upper will be painted.
