WTB: Old video card and pc components

I'm building a gaming computer for my son's friend. His mom is a single parent and dad is a pos so they don't have the money. He's a good kid and offered to wash our cars and mow the yard to get money. They play a game that doesn't have huge power requirements so I'm building or buying something used.

Additional Notes: This game needs a dedicated graphics card to run. It will struggle to run on laptops, notebooks etc.

I have a mITX build that fits the main specs minus a video card. It has a CPU with built-in graphics currently, but I have an AMD x4 860k (3.7 GHz stock) that can be put in.

I have both CPU stock coolers and a Hyper 212evo that would be suitable to push the CPU beyond stock speeds.
System is currently running Linux.
Everything listed with a legit Windows 7 disc + key $185. Shipping would be extra.
