One thing about this promoter...he really doesn't like flea market type items at his shows. His shows have less flea market items than any of the other shows in Indiana.:twocents:

his fliers advertising says NO flea market stuff.

You're right though he doesn't like it and he won't tolerate it. This will turn into a good show for him.

$5 and a couple of hours of my time I wish I had back. Felt like I stepped back into the 80's gun shows. Guess I have too high of expectations.

What he said. Most people were way high. My buddy found a couple of decent buys on ammunition. One guy quoted me $40 on a bipod then quoted my buddy $50 on the same bipod. Guess my buddy looked like a bigger sucker. Nice when the pricing is done that way.

We had a fun show, It was definitely busy, Talked to lots of folks about our custom guns and the accessories we carry, shot alot of **** and even got to mess with the Knife lady and Brad a bit, across the isle, I was able to follow the trail of tootsie roll wrappers right to their table............ then followed the trail right back to MrsG!!

I never really go to walk around at all so didn't see the prices or what was really out there. But We feel our display at least wasn't all the retro not 80ish anyhow, Maybe late 90ish.

I have seen some of the dealers at other shows though and Know what you mean about the prices. The funny thing is, they are likely carrying some of the same overpriced guns around they have been carrying since the 80's!

Those two Pythons I had didn't last long, *sniff* Apparently I didnt price them high enough, :dunno:

Guys get in and see us we got free tootsie rolls, butterscotch's and peppermints while supplies last, which if we run out Ill send the Mrs out to get more. :D

+2, Made the 100 mile trip and other than spending time with the wife it was a total bust. Found a couple of Mosin Nagants but they where all priced as if they where Stalin's personnal rifle.
