Hehe, not saying it should be illegal, but how is it legal?

i think its "legal" because there is a little rest for your trigger finger. it rests there as the recoil bounces the gun back, then a spring pushes it forward and the trigger hits your finger again. the legal thing is your accually pulling the trigger for each shot


oops i lied. pushing with your forward hand causes the rifle to fire again

Because it technically only fires one cartridge per pressing of the trigger. The fact the the recoil of the gun draws the gun back and then returns to a firing position is moot, it still only technically fires one round per trigger pull regardless of how fast.

No springs on this one. Read about the Akins Accelerator and see what happened when a spring was added to the design.

I am thinking about buying 3 of them, and wait until they get banned and sell them for a big profit. Of course sell them the legal way with a stamp or something.

How is this legal?

Because it does not meet the federal definition of a machine gun.

You are firing one round per depression of the trigger.
