    i think its "legal" because there is a little rest for your trigger finger. it rests there as the recoil bounces the gun back, then a spring pushes it forward and the trigger hits your finger again. the legal thing is your accually pulling the trigger for each shot


    oops i lied. pushing with your forward hand causes the rifle to fire again

    Because it technically only fires one cartridge per pressing of the trigger. The fact the the recoil of the gun draws the gun back and then returns to a firing position is moot, it still only technically fires one round per trigger pull regardless of how fast.

    No springs on this one. Read about the Akins Accelerator and see what happened when a spring was added to the design.

    Everything that hasn't been made illegal is still quite legal by default.

    Sadly, there are many who would have us believe that every one of these remaining legal things are simply "loopholes" which need to be closed. :(

    I wonder if you can use the same thing for other type of guns like shotguns (auto ones of course), maybe even for handguns.
