Well, I had a great day. I got to see the lovely and talented MrsG!!!

And then work and reality set in. My CS Team at work lost another customer order and I have to call a new customer in the morning and tell him that his order that was due Friday hasn't even been started yet.

It's not a difficult customer, but a new one last year. He had some defective product and this is stuff we was supposed to remake for him. He is gonna be pissed and I don't blame him.
