Sadly, the teacher validated the students point.

Exclusive - Indoctrination 101: Teaching Chicago Students to Protest

"Williams: Right now in Springfield, they are moving to pass conceal and carry so that everybody can carry guns. Are you all in agreement with that?
Student: Um...I am because I think if you take away guns from regular citizens, the criminals and the police are the only ones who have them, so...
Williams: did you look at this?
[At that point, she held up a list to young people who have been killed with guns.]
    Student: Yes, ma'am, I did.
Williams: How many of these kids on here are able to carry a gun?
    Student: None of them.
Williams: And they are the leading targets."

Am I reading this correctly? Did this student state that they support the second ammendment because those without guns can become victims? If so, am I reading this correctly that the "instructor" validated the students opinion by pointing out that non gun carrying teens were the victims of gun wielding criminals? :dunno: I only wish I could have participated long enough to call the instructor out!

The "teacher" is a brainless jackass....

Consider what the majority of these students will be like when they come out of the indoctrination mill and are the teachers of the next generation.

Progressivism is a cancer on the republic.

Social Justice Day, I wish we had that when I was young. As it is I'm somehow still able to donate 35% of my paycheck to worthy causes.

BTW, this wasn't a "teacher." This was a community organizer brought into the school for a week of indoctrination in the liberal side of life and why the kids should all go along with the agenda.

I noticed that too. A really good debater could have had that teacher foaming at the mouth in rage in two minutes! Most school kids are too uncertain of themselves to challenge the teacher though.

I have no problem with the school as long as they allow the other viewpoint to be shared. If the NRA still had balls, they'd send a rep over to that school, and demand equal time.
