I just bought a .357 mag pug brand new from charter arms as a back up. MY main gun is a Glock 22 in .40 but what about a .357 5 shots?

My 6 inch Python, 4 inch S&W 28, 4 inch S&W 29, and heritage arms 22 beg to differ. A 357 is one of the best guns for anyone. I never go to the range without one.

my edc is a ruger lcr .357, I also have a Rossi ss w/a 6" barrel I picked up in a trade. I love to shoot it at the range and I'm thinking it will make a good woods gun.

I'm actually new to .357 but I'm liking them more all the time.

The gun I'm happiest buying this year (so far :D) is a used S&W 65-3 4" .357mag. Has been a blast to shoot, carries comfortably (well, after my hip conformed to the cylinder anyway) and has helped bring in 2 new shooters with some lighter .38's.

Also have a S&W 66-1 4" .357 with adjustable rear sight, but it's just too darn nice a shape that can't bring myself to shoot it much.

Does anyone shoot the 357 any more, or even wheelguns for that matter? It seems as though everyone is high on semi autos, not that I don't own my fair share of them. Does anyone out there still like the big fireball and boom of the 357?
    :draw:

My EDC is now a S&W 66 Combat Magnum, SD round choice is .357 magnum. :)

i have the same gun. Goodrich and Gould make a very nice leather holster with a retention strap (thumb break) for it....and it is very affordable and ships immediately on Amazon. I have it in LEFT hand.
