I don't have a problem with people who carry in our church. However they are not people walking around just waiting for a reason to use deadly force. Stealing our tithes and offerings or otherwise causing a disturbance does not quantify the draw of a firearm. We have ushers and men at our church who would and could draw the physical threat away from the congregation as soon as it appeared. Only a few of my people know I carry but for the record I do not on Sunday morning and I don't really have a good reason for not carrying then. During the week I carry about every day and pray that it will always be in vain.

That's my point. Only one of a lot of different articles that can be found I am sure. Exactly why I carry. Usually have a extra clip or two with me also.:shoot:

I assume you carry a Mauser, a Garand would be too unweildy indoors.

Carry, even if it is never pulled or a shot fired is not in vain. The preperation and mindset alone is worth more than the actual gun.

You're all invited on the 9th of Dec. as I will be giving the sermon if anyone wants to see what it looks like for the 'preacher' to be carrying. :welcome:

Clearly, you have never attended an Evangelical church.
At least 10 assaults at every service.

We have fights break out every week at our church. My boys get into fights at home, at the store, and in Sunday School. Boys are boys, brothers are brothers.

"First Church Of Fight Club"? What?

Only when the [STRIKE]con-artist[/STRIKE] ordained minister starts "Healing" [STRIKE]suckers[/STRIKE] the congregation [STRIKE]on stage[/STRIKE] in the chancel.

He whacks them in the head and they fall on their ass. It's very violent. :n00b:
