Carrying In Church.

That's my point. Only one of a lot of different articles that can be found I am sure. Exactly why I carry. Usually have a extra clip or two with me also.

Not sure what church you visited once or twice in your life but I have never been to a church that begged for money.

He's probably equating all the "give me money" preachers on TV with "churches". Two completely different entities.

I don't have a problem with people who carry in our church. However they are not people walking around just waiting for a reason to use deadly force. Stealing our tithes and offerings or otherwise causing a disturbance does not quantify the draw of a firearm. We have ushers and men at our church who would and could draw the physical threat away from the congregation as soon as it appeared. Only a few of my people know I carry but for the record I do not on Sunday morning and I don't really have a good reason for not carrying then. During the week I carry about every day and pray that it will always be in vain.

I assume you carry a Mauser, a Garand would be too unweildy indoors.

Carry, even if it is never pulled or a shot fired is not in vain. The preperation and mindset alone is worth more than the actual gun.
