about a week ago I was changing the battery out on my Harley. Dog starts going off and I look behind me a lawn mowing guy was OC'ing across the street. Nice having a dog watching your back while mowing.

I don't think your dog was watching your back. I think what your dog was saying was "My God man, don't you realize that you are making yourself a target by carrying openly?"

I was grabbing lunch at A wendy's in Bloomington today when I saw a car pull in sporting WWII veteran front plates. The driver got out and walked in and it was a gentleman of appropriate age to have stormed Normandy and he was sporting a "combat infantry" hat and a belt holster at 2 o' clock holding some type of handgun.

I thought that was particularly awesome.

    Turns out it wasn't me.

You were talking about me during my month INGO ban? Do share :D

You may have been temp-banned from INGO, but you should've still roll-called to meet with us at SnS 2 Saturday's ago for a Meet & Greet!

For you? Oh yeah, we talked about allllllll the bad stuff. Just kidding.
We just made note that you're a frequent south-sider and was surprised you hadn't shown for the meet.

We'll be getting together next month again at Patriots Table off of Madison and County Line. Better "see you OC'ing" that day! ;)

Blah, yeah... I guess when I was kicked off here, I didn't keep up with that event. Sorry about that

I'll try to make sure I'm available for the one next month!

As a prolific OC'er on the southside, I really am surprised I've never been seen down here. Ah well, someday...

I'll keep my eyes open. If you are at the BDubs as much as I think you are, and as much as I know I am, then your time is nigh to be spotted.

Also, spotted a older guy CCing at Gander Mountain yesterday. Tight pants are not good for pocket carry, that is all.

I saw a guy about 2 months ago at speedway in fishers OCing what I believe was a glock in a serpa holster. He was wearing camo pants and a loose tshirt. Every time I oc in fishers I get looks from at least one house wife. I think it's because my 3 year olds head is at the same level as my gun and he draws their attention.

I haven't seen a single person OC in Terre Haute in the SEVEN YEARS I have been doing so myself since I moved here from Silly-Noise (IL).
Honestly, it must be why I am the immediate center of attention of every person working in any store the moment I walk into any establishment here.

I get extremely good service here. :):

Last week at the steak n shake in nobles ville on 37. Guy had a black gun in a serpa bolster. I was all the way across the restaurant and he was at the bar counter thing. He was wearing a shirt that said the 2nd amendment is his permit. Had a camo hat on too.

I think I would have loved that...

I think the only person I have seen OCing in the last year besides everyone in every gun shop ever is my husband.
I'd really like to see a woman OCing. I've only ever seen that on TV.
