Our local small town bank has been without power since the storms hit monday night. earlier this afternoon. The manager is a local good ol' farmboy. In order to serve his customers and keep his workers working he brought in one of his big John Deere tractors, attached a generator to the PTO and is powering the bank. and yes, the power that feed from the pole has been disconnected so there is no chance of back feeding. :)

That is one the reasons I bank with them. They care about the customers. :)

Tip of the cap to the First National Bank of Montery in Culver.

I see that mullet head in there!

    And your short $80.

    Howdy Supr:wavey:

That is a cheap doctor. $80 is a fee I haven't seen in years.

That is good thinking there! They don't have a branch near us so we deal with First Source.

what a day. Everyone getting ready for the 4th?

I've got a bunch of kids coming, went outside to hit my front yard really quickly. When I went to grab my mower I saw the neighbor still hadn't cleared the tree off our back lot so I knocked it out in 2 hours. Hands are raw because my chainsaw was out of tune and vibrated like crazy. Didn't get it tuned in until the last 4 cuts... Guess it's ready for next time. :dunno:

Paint is not happening yet so I am considering mowing the grass. I guess I should go outside if I am actually going to DO that.
