I could never understand why gas prices were so much higher here in central Indiana considering the number of refineries in the northern part of the state.

$3.379 in my part of the state this morning.

The prices on the south side of South Bend went down several weeks ago when the Wal Mart on Ireland Rd opened their new gas stations. Two weeks ago I filled up at $3.11 a gallon. My son at $3.04 a gallon.
Tomorrow (payday!) I will fill up again. Hope the prices are still low (or what they should have been all along).

$3.31 at my local Shell. Weird thing is, I got a notification a couple days ago from GasBuddy that it was going up but it actually went down. I'm glad because I have two Jeeps that need a fill-up.:spend:

Yep, voters have a short memory. Butter the bread so they won't taste the stale, rotten, stench

:+1: This happens on every election. No surprise here. It's called a distraction. It's will grab a lot of liberal votes too. I'll predict gas will be 2.50 ish at election time and back to 3.75 buy Christmas.

I don't think liberals care too much. A few years ago when the gas price was running $4+/gallon, I was at a baseball game and couldn't help but overhear a loudmouth liberal behind me. His ideas on Obamanomics was bad enough, but then he started talking about gas prices. "Well, it's about time our gas prices fell more in line with Europe. We SHOULD be paying that much for gas", and then on and on about global warming and greenhouse gasses and only high prices at the pump would help curb use. I thought better of turning around and rebutting that absurdity because my son and I were there to enjoy the game.

Gas prices dropping throughout U.S., BWAHAHAHAHA. Oops, I live in Indiana. Crap!

Prices at the pump head below $3 in much of US

    $3.39 here this morning....:(

That's because, um, ah, oh yeah ALIENS and, and swamp gas from your anus and, and, wind blows and milk of magnesia. Yeah that's a good one milk of magnesia and when the sun goes down it gets dark and geese are annoying. Also because.

Oh yeah and the lifetime LTCH is going away!

Well at least part of this is true.

In all honesty the gas is what it is. We can all complain about it however much we want, but unless we start walking or riding bicycles everywhere we will still have to buy it. It's been 3.15 to 3.20 around here until today it jumped up to 3.29. But I'll still get it if I need it

I filled up yesterday morning. It was $3.39, but I got 10 cents off per gallon with my Kroger card. On my way home, I noticed that the price had dropped to $3.29 at the same station, so I basically wasted my 10 cent discount. :xmad:

A lot of places with discounts have a 15 gal. limit here. Most people with 15 gal. tanks fill up and put the extra in a gas can and take it home with them for later. Mower always needs fed too. :)
