I'm having a kidney stone episode. It's hurting in the middle rather than on the side, so it won't be too long, but it'll be too long.

My favorite is the serrano. Japalenos (inside joke) give me the hiccups for some reason, and they have a distinctive taste I don't really like.

I describe it as an amazing roasted pepper flavor for the first 1-2 seconds and then the heat kicks you in the throat.
