USB drives. I used to get together with a group of friends every Friday night and one night one of guys shows up with a thumb drive. It was an early one, something like 64MB capacity and expensive. Holy crap we laughed at him. "People will just burn CDs to share files" we said. "People will just use email" we said. I was firmly in the "this is stupid and will never catch on" camp. Yeah.

I'm a mod. there are a ton of them. And even more from real life.

By all accounts, I should be an expert at everything by now. Sad to say, not even close.

I'd say my first marriage but I got two kids from that and I wouldn't trade them for the world so it wasn't totally wrong.

I'm sure there must be something else.:dunno:

The iPad. I saw one, and thought "Who in the hell would want a JUMBO iPhone w/o being able to call people. Wouldn't they rather have an AirBook?"

    Drastically underestimated the market there...

In 2008, I remember telling everyone that there was no way in hell that the "average American voter" would vote for someone named "Barack Obama" -- I really whiffed on that one.
