Appleseed Crawfordsville April 18th & 19th

I just bought two tickets for the event in Crawfordsville April 18th and 19th. I'm going to drag a young friend of mine along. In the words of his generation: "It is going to be Epic!"

My Nephew's boy is signed up (though if an alternate location shows we "MIGHT" swap ... ??? ) ... I plan to help (but was suggested I wait a bit to sign up for that yet ... )

Attending an A/S on 4/18-4/19 this year is guaranteed to be epic; - which event ... still figuring.

With Apologies to ATM - whose skills are legendary to me without meeting him (YET!) - I am volunteering at the Bass n Bucks event in Wabash - Which just hit the schedule.
It's about the same distance for me. but shorter for some arm twisting to fill the line - I hope. ...

As a VERY recent student of TJs, He teaches a mean course too.

Appleseed IS epic. Looking forward to my second shoot later this year. Although I have my rifleman patch, I want to get closer to the elusive 250 score. I already have one friend yelling at me for not specifically inviting him. So I'll be doing my best to bring company next time.

I'm taking Coach's pistol course the morning of the 18th, but might catch the Appleseed the rest of the weekend.

Hopefully this isnt your first appleseed? If so you are going to miss some important stuff coming in late.

I've been to one.

I'm nowhere near being a "rifleman" and am not intentionally avoiding the retraining, but I need more pistol training also. I don't get many Saturdays off so I guess I'm trying to cram in everything I can

At least I've had the basic instruction before and can pick up and get plenty out of the rest of the Appleseed, as compared to not going at all.

Hopefully I'll make the time to practice before then. I'll ask my husband for a few hundred rounds of 0.22 in my Easter basket

Keep at it - I did day 1 of 2 day appleseed 2 year ago; (had my arm twisted by Grunt) - Love the program, but it took 3 more full trips to get my Rifleman score, patch and then I stepped into an orange hat. ... you can do it

If I recall, you mentioned making the patriots day shoot every year!

Might there be walk on openings for this event? I am supposed to be going to AL for the weekend but if the weather there looks lousy, I'm not going and would like to shoot this event. Just don't want to commit to it and then end up in AL.

Is this a 2-day event? Or do we just pick one of the days?
What time will the classes finish up on each day?

Trying to plan this one out.

It is a two day event. Things usually wrap things by around 5:00 each day.
