Where ever my GPS says I am
For the first time in five years, I am actually off the 4th. As a kicker, I get holiday pay for not working the holiday tomorrow also (I work the observed holiday). My plans are to meet up with an aunt and uncle and kids on my wifes side for dinner and then head to a fireworks display. I could care less about the fireworks, I just want to spend time with my cousins. Since the chance of rain is very much zilch, I plan on riding my motorcycle.

The wife and I always watch fireworks that are shot off from Central HS in Muncie. The best seats are therefore on school grounds. This means if we leave the car I have to disarm and lock it in the car. :noway:

I'll be working 12a to 8a, hopefully taking a nap, then going to the annual family/friends/whoever else shows up cookout outside of New Richmond. We'll watch the town's fireworks show, then start setting ours off. Alwags a great time. :patriot:

Range time in the am, then firing up the smoker for some bb ribs. A couple of my neighbors buy thousands of $'s of fireworks, so I just fill a cooler with beer and walk across the street. Npd usually makes a stop by to tell them to stop blowing crap up after 11 or whenever the cutoff is. :patriot:

Going to a reunion of skydivers, and possibly making my pre-second jump since I stopped about 6 years ago. I have over 500 under my belt, but took a hiatus to spend more time with the family while the kids are small. When they are older and more independent (and I have more disposable income) I'll get back into it again.

If I disappear and dont post again after Sunday, You'll know it didnt go well.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving wasn't for you.

Might get a few boards down on the kitchen floor so I can put the stove back, then set fire to some stuff.
