I can easily believe that. There was already a light (presumably a fire) for a while before the big blast. That doesn't sound like something designed as a bomb.

Very clearly a fire preceded the explosion... likely setting off a small explosion (also seen/heard on the video) that triggered the massive explosion... not uncommon with industrial chemical storage facilities... we've had similar occurrences here in the states, the most recent being just a couple years ago in Texas ...
