To make a long story short I need deep concealment.

Gun is a Ruger LCP or LCR. LCP is easier to conceal.

Two options I'm considering are belly band and ankle carry. I know ankle isn't great but is a belly band any better? It may be easier for me to do ankle than belly though.

Is there anything like a below waistband crotch carry? Pocket carry is out.

    Any recommendations?

I rotate between an ankle holster with S&W J-frame and belly band with Glock 21. Ankle you know that nobody will ever know depending on how high you carry on your ankle. Most comfortable for me is belly band with J-frame, but it just depends on how I plan my day and the amount of fire power I want to have on board.

I wouldn't be happy without both of them. I like having options based on my outfit. The belly band is a great in the summer just because you are never limited to pants. You can carry your gun and wear a swimsuit if you wanted. (just don't swim)

now off to investigate the Thunderwear and the Smartcarry products....

You know I don't remember where I found it but someone makes a neck holster for the Kel Tec. It looks like a kydex suspended from a ball chain. I was going to get it when I thought I was going to be working in a hospital, put it on under my T-shirt and wear my ID holder outside my scrubs.

I had a pocket holster for a while but I hated giving up the pocket and when wearing scrub bottoms it still prints.
