Why am I not surprised that I was mocked on this forum....rhetorical question, no answer needed. I dont use most forms of social media for this very reason. I would think that people who are passionate about a subject would be happy to share info rather than attempting to make the person who asked the question feel stupid....which, btw, I dont because Im old enough to not give a **** when condescending people choose to show their insecurities by mocking others. Feel free to remove me from this group as this will be the last time I ask anything. Ill continue to learn from the REAL MEN in my life...my dad and my brother.

Yes! I will check this more often and Im always open to meeting like minded women! Three of my daughters like to shoot but I am the most experienced which leaves us lacking. . Dad and brother are back in Montana so that is limited. There are a lot of helpful people that belong to our local Izaak Walton League and we have a small range there.

Free for now. My brother is going to teach me to use equipment this summer. We have an adventurous climb planned in the Beartooth Mountains. I suspect Im a bit to old for this but Im willing to give it a go.

I remember watching the older guys in the neighborhood about 5 years ago gingerly placing their feet on the ladder while climbing up to clean their gutters...I was like, "Wow...That'll never be me..." as I scurried up my ladder....

Five years later I do the same thing....Funny how every now and again with no warning a knee just kind of stops on it's own after 50 huh????

Dude, was not my intention to mock you and didn't feel like I did . I did wonder if you were on INGO or not when I posted, apparently you are! I honestly had no idea whether glock made a 1911, I'm a doc, not a "gun guy". We have fun on this forum, and you helped continue that. Or, you can see it as someone was making fun of you and get grumpy. Your choice , but was not my intention.
