Such a poll is just needlessly bad taste.

I said it more as a joke. I already stated in the other thread I personally wouldn’t want him removed, I don’t want anybody removed, even when they do break the rules. I think the mods have a job I wouldn’t want to deal with, but there does seem to be a common denominator in all these situations. But hey, what do I know, I’m mr March 2018

Not everyone fits everyone else's tastes. Not everyone here likes the way I post... so usually they let my posts go right along and don't respond to them... or make vague insults afterward.

How about we all just do that? If you don't get along with someone... actually ignore them and resist the general insults that land right-on-target-but-get-around-the-rules.

Matter of perspective, as are most things here. Where some here see a single member (Kut, let's be specific), and allege that he's baitin' all over the place... The uninvolved may come along and also see 5 people making vague insults in his general direction, as to avoid action. Some slip up, get personal, and get banned.

Best action for everyone in those situations would probably be to find a better thread to post in.

I'm not saying this is the case, but if you think he's baiting and trolling... isn't it best to not feed it?

(Not calling Kut a troll, but in-general... the best method to deal with what a person perceives to be a troll is to stop talking to it.) That there's just Internet 101.

This must be a hypothetical... because I can't of any member it applies to, but if someone was making that claim, I would imagine that I would call them a liar. I said Stormfront "lite" meaning not outright racist, put certainly it would become a place where we'd see lots of posts that would toe the line, and a few that would blatantly cross it. I mean when there's no rules governing such behavior, what would stop it? Don't take that as criticism of all, or even most, or current membership... just an acknowledgement of what would probably happen as new folks with particular "ideas" were allowed to join, and there was no convention in place to deal with them. Have you ever looked at some of posts made by "shooters?"
