I think the general public would widely agree, and add some gasoline. I know I haven't been around as long as a lot of people here, but I've never witnessed such disgusting behavior from any politician as I have from those 2. It goes beyond simple disagreement at this point, they're flatly denying aid to the US public in a health and economic emergency.

This would be akin to politicians demanding no first responders aid victims during 9/11 and denying them any funding.

It did, but Pelosi is saying that this will be delayed for a day, and not be debated until Friday.

Totally unrelated, happy 80th birthday to Speaker Pelosi today. I'm sure this is absolutely unrelated to the decision to hold up advancing a bill to help millions of Americans.

If we had that then Clinton would have been successfully impeached for perjury and tossed out of office before he could guide China into the WTO, thus we'd likely have no, or much less, virus right now.

The democrat party has been like an inverse time machine wreaking as much havoc as possible through completely intended butterfly effects for my entire life. Now, I don't think they planned this outbreak, but they're clearly not sad about it either... and God only knows what horrors await in that bill.

As he has demonstrated actions on controlling the pandemic that the people are massively in approval of, as democrats continue to hurt their chances of not only the presidential election, but congressional seats. (Notice I didn't say good actions, because I personally think the entire border and ANY travel should have been stopped the first week of janurary. But the people are happy, and that's what wins elections.)

No argument from me about any of that... I'm just wondering if Obama is going to take a peek out from behind the rock he's been hiding behind and claim credit for Trump's economy again once we get this turned around... especially after Trump takes his pike to the Chinese over this. Is this all gets buttons up before the end of May (meaning people back to work, virus behind us) 2020 is gonna be a slam dunk from half court.
