At a minimum wouldn't this be brandishing and or intimidation?

Brandishing isn't a crime in Indiana Code. Intimidation certainly is. Blue truck guy could've stomped the gas and got the hell out of Dodge. Pointing the grill at stripey shirt ***hole would seem prudent from what I saw.

So IMPD will not pursue those two guys holding handguns in the street? The blue truck stopped, it moves slowly when it moves, there is no threat to the "protestors."
IMPD is not the problem. If you recall from recent "protests", the Prosecutor went after a woman that allegedly struck "protesters" with her vehicle and filed felony charges on her. So if the two guys holding handguns are identified it is likely that IMPD will make a case on them, but it will undoubtedly be a no-file based on Mears' track record.

The ******* in the yellow and black tiger-striped shirt has his finger on the trigger.

Do you want to get shot? Because this is how you get shot.

This is not okay. He's lucky he didn't get himself shot (by a law-abiding citizen acting in justified self-defense). Why has this person not been arrested?

The law-abiding citizen would need to shoot both *******s in self defense.

I hope you are not scratching your head at me. Because anyone with two ****ing brain cells to rub together knows that the police should be arresting these damn thugs who are impeding traffic and threatening motorists with firearms on our streets.

Easy on the "GD" references OK.

Doesn't sound to me like at least the rank and file at LMPD has much they can do about this. If they did arrest these *******s they're right back out doing the same thing the next night.

"Peaceful" protesters yesterday downtown Indy. Indy10 BLM organized protest. Watching the video, this poor driver was suddenly in the middle of a moving protest blocking the street. This douchbag keeps his handgun at the low ready. Sadly, they are untouchable and are allowed to do as they wish without consequence. Nothing IMPD can do currently.

Is the Governor going to allow this just because the Mayor doesn't give a ****? We can not have armed highwaymen, stopping drivers on public highways at gun point.

What would IMPD have done if that dude in the truck said "f' this, I ain't going out like that", and punched the gas? Keeping in mind people around the country have been shot in their vehicles by "protesters"?
