What is your 1980's Loadout?

A podcast I listen to did this a while back so I figured I see what INGO's load out for the 80's would be. It can be based on reality, or fiction. Maybe if you were in Miami Vice, A-Team, Rip Tide, Magnum P.I. etc.

What would be your handgun(s), shotgun and rifle? How would you carry them?

The only stipulation is they need to have been available at some point before Dec 31, 1989

I'll go first.

I'd carry two S&W Model 59's in some Milt Sparks leather.

My shotgun would be a pistol grip Ithica Model 37, ready to slam fire.

And my rifle will be a folding stock Mini-14

7 APDS 105mm
17 HEAT 105mm
40 APFSDS 105mm
4500 or so 7.62x51
800 or so .50
180 45 ACP in 30 rd mags
21 45 ACP in 7 rd mags
various demo charges and land mines and assorted other nasties

I still get interested in a Mini from time to time.

What I had was a Ruger Speed Six, and Model 19 and a Colt Det. Special. Then in the late 80's a Sig 226 was added.

In the early 80s I often had a GAU-5 on my shoulder with four 30 roung mags with tracers every 5th round. I was fond of smoke grenades too.
